How To Become an EzyBook Host

1. List Your Property

Start listing your property in our intuitive System. Ezybook Dashboard allows you to list as many room types as you wanted without any charge.

2. Welcome Your Guests

Once the Booking Status is COMPLETED in the Ezybook System, the thing you need to do now is Welcoming your guest. Inspect their Invoice for any pending payment and cross-check with the system.

3. Earn Money

Receive your Security Deposit money within 5 Working Days after the date of the Booking. We will deduct 10% of the Total Invoice or RM50 (whichever higher) as a Service Fees.

What will happen after I sign up?

After you’ve registered your property, we will review your information to make sure we have everything we need. You’ll then receive an email with login details for your Dashboard. This is where you’ll go to update your availability and prices. After that you’ll receive instructions on how to set your property live on EzyBook!

Note: If you signed up but haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your information and will be in touch soon.

How the payments works?

On each reservation, we will collect a Security Deposit from the guests once you agreed on availability of the property.

An Invoice will be automatically generated and guests need to pay RM50 as a Security Deposit to confirm the Reservation. You will received an email on every reservation made and status update by the guests.

We will transfer the amount of (RM50 – 10% of total invoice per reservation) or maximum of RM50 (whichever higher) to your registered bank account within 5 working days after the reservation date.

Will I be able to update my registration details at a later date?

Once you’ve registered with us, you can update your details at any time. For example, if you add a new facility or if you want to tell us more about the area — you can add this information whenever you want to.

How to get refund?

A refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days of the cancellation date if the guests cancel the reservation within 7 days from the date of check-in.

What kinds of photos should I upload?

When you sign up we ask you to upload photos of your space. This is because we know our guests love browsing through photos when looking for a place to stay. We recommend that you upload photos that showcase both the inside and the outside of your property. They don’t need to be professional photos — photos with a smartphone will still give your guests a good impression of the space.

Please make sure you crop the photos accordingly and follow the size as requested. You can use this online service to crop the photos.

How to get in touch with my guests?

You can always use the Messages tab in your Dashboard to chat with the guests. You may also contact the guests directly by call or text messages as we will show you the guests contact details.
